The event was a huge success. It was a perfect way to showcase the entertaining space of our homes and allow guests to enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting and breathtaking views overlooking the Loxahatchee River.

Tequesta, FL (PRWEB) January 28, 2014

Old Cypress Pointe, LLC hosted the Old Cypress Pointe Holiday Cocktails and Networking Event last month to celebrate the beauty and design of this distinctive new home community featuring an intimate Tequesta address on prestigious Island Way – offering the last remaining deep-water opportunity for the area. With three homes sold, two under contract and two specs, the community of 13 homes is on its way to being over 50% built out – a new development milestone for the community.

“The event was a huge success” said developer and primary investor Frank Skelly. “Over 250 people attended the event, 100 of which were local real estate brokers. Guests enjoyed cocktails and a live band as they toured our elegant model home. It was a perfect way to showcase the entertaining space of our homes and allow guests to enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting and breathtaking views overlooking the Loxatchee River”

The community has several homesites still available as well as two homes being built on spec. One has already been completed and is ready for move-in. The other is at shell awaiting a buyer to select finishes according to individual needs and preferences. There are even several families already living in the community.

Located on the North Fork of the Loxahatchee River within minutes of the Atlantic, Old Cypress Pointe homes combine the true flavor of West Indies architecture with oversized home sites and amenities for all thirteen of the homes in this private, custom estate community.

According to Tony Panebianco, founder and principle of PB Built, which is constructing all of the homes in Old Cypress Pointe, the event was a perfect way to show off the quality of PB Built construction.

“The craftsmanship and attention to detail you find in our homes was readily apparent to guests who attended the event through the exacting standards that the model home represents” Panebianco said. “We dedicate the same care and level of expertise to every home in this community.”

Panebianco has more than 30 years of construction experience. He has built more than $200 million in residential custom luxury homes as well commercial/retail space in excess of 1 million square feet.

With an intimate Tequesta address on prestigious Island Way, Old Cypress Pointe residents are just minutes from the newly enhanced Inlet Village in Jupiter, a walkable boutique shopping and dining district. In addition to easy boat access to both the open waters of the Atlantic and the many dock side restaurants along the Intracoastal Waterway, Old Cypress Pointe residents will enjoy plentiful shopping, world-class golfing, top-rated schools, and easy access to Palm Beach International Airport (just 30 minutes away).

According to Frank Skelly, one of the primary investors in Old Cypress Pointe, PB Built was the perfect choice to realize their vision of British West Indies-style custom estate homes built on oversized waterfront homesites. “Old Cypress Pointe is the last deep-water living opportunity in the Jupiter and Tequesta area,” Skelly said. “PB Built combines craftsmanship with customer service to construct a custom estate to the homeowner’s specifications.”

Skelly also noted that PB Built developed the infrastructure for Old Cypress Pointe and did an excellent job of meeting the exacting environmental standards for the project. “PB Built already knows every inch of this property,” said Skelly. “They’ve demonstrated a passion for integrating the development into the natural surroundings that make Old Cypress Pointe so special.”
